He has been Managing Director and General Manager of Consumer Goods Companies (FMCG), particularly in the field of wholesale and distribution. He was also a member of Andersen Consulting with experience in developing IT systems. He is a Electrical Engineer graduate of the Zurich Technical University and an MBA graduate of IMD (formerly IMEDE) Lausanne.
